How to divide a irregular shape into equal size of squares and we wish to have the centre cordinates of those squares.

This is not generally possible. For example you cannot divide a circle into equal sized squares (not unless you make the squares infinitesimally small).

Would you be willing to get the centroid of the partial chunks of the circles that are within the squares? Or do you just want to ignore those partial chunks?
