MCR Installer - is there a license file whic

Hi,
I want to distribute a program using the MCR Compiler. I am assuming that the MCRInstaller is free to distribute. Is this correct? If so, is there a license file where it says so?

The terms under which the MCR may be distributed is handled in section 5.2 of the "Deployment Addendum" of matlabroot/license.txt.

In particular, the installer may *not* be made publicly available. If it is going outside of your own organization, each recipient must be individually authorized (by you, not by MathWorks.)
Thanks! Can you elaborate on what do you mean by individual authorization? Are you implying that we should explicitly list the members of the recipient organization who shall be allowed to use the MCR Installer, rather than make it available to the organization itself?
Actually I was referring to ftp or web serving: you cannot put it up for anonymous ftp or for uncontrolled http. You have to create a protected area and only give the access information to the people (or organizations) you authorize to use your compiled program.
