An unexpected error occurred during the Polyspace Jobs Manager execution

Hello,
When I run Polyspace with Batch option selected, I get this:
Error: An unexpected error occurred during the Polyspace Jobs Manager execution
Job or Task does not exist in storage.
What are the possible reasons for this?
