Finding of Previous Values From Derivatives

Hi everybody. I have derivative values of any data which calculated by mathematical equations and i want to find the previous values from derivatives. How can i get these values?

What kind of difference is it? And do you have the constant value to add to the derivative?

Derivative matrix have 1 missing values from the original matrix. I have no constant value. This derivative matrix (Qnun_turevi_volkan) is like a matrix which calculated by diff command.
