Is there a command on either matlab or matlab report generator that closes figures generated by a script?

Hi, I am processing data that generates plots. This script generates over 150 figures at a time. Each figure has its own window. After I am done running the script, I am generating a PDF report using Report Generator. After my figures are included in "myreport.rpg" I have to close each generated figure individually. Is there a way to close the figures' windows at once or by the report generator after it uses them in myreport.rpg? Thanks!
