Plot "time x strain" curve for a Maxwell Voigt viscoelastic model

Hi, I'm not very skilled with Matlab and I need to plot a "time x strain" curve for a Maxwell Voigt viscoelastic model. Is there any toolbox that I could use or anyone could try to help me? Attached is the curve I need to plot.
