how can i solve a differential equation which contains two variables using simulink [d/dt(A(i) h(i))+ d/dt(A(i) a(t))+ d/dt A(i)y(t)}= q(i)-A(i)v(i)],where i have to obtain the value of y(t)

i am not able to solve this in simulink.kindly provide the details. here h,A,a(t)are defined...y(t) and v(i) needs to be determned..The above equation represents the continuity equation.
