I am trying to use a custom arduino library with matlab for encoders and state space control - not Simulink.

Hi All,

I am making a GUI for some controls work. I have a nice quadrature encoder library for my arduino due and was trying to avoid doing it in Simulink mainly for code transportability to other hardware platforms.

I am fairly new with the Matlab gui and I haven't found a library install package for regular Matlab (not simulink).

I did a lot of searching but most everything is for Simulink.
