How to adjust TOC indentation and left margins in custom stylesheet using Matlab Report Generator R2014a?

I have created a mystylesheet.rgs PDF (FO)using the instructions described in the user's guide for R2014a. I took the standard preloaded PDF Numbered Chapters & Sections stylesheet to edit it (I am using this format for a similar report) and added the TOC indent width component (please see screenshot 1). I saved this custom stylesheet following the convention described in guide. When I tried to use it, I did not see it listed in the Right Pane of the report explorer where one picks the stylsheet from the drop down menu. Please see screenshot 2. I opened mystylesheet.rgs in the report explorer and decided to pick the New FO (PDF) and ran my report. After the report was completed the L indent in the TOC continue to have my listed items to far to the Right side of my document. Here's the description for saving an edited/custom stylesheet: "You must save the file in a folder in your MATLAB® path for the stylesheet to appear in the Report Explorer. The file name must be unique in the MATLAB path." I did this and saved my stylesheet in the path where I am analyzing my data. Is this path the one that this instruction describes or is it a path where MATLAB is stored in my computer?
I also tried this solution for Report Generator R2010b: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/96819-how-can-i-adjust-the-left-indent-of-the-table-of-contents-title-line-using-matlab-report-generator
This did not work for me.
Please let me know if this should be done differently to accomplish my result of adjusting L indent in TOC. Thanks a lot.
