Programmatic Selection of Referenced Signals for Logging

I wish to select programmatically the Test Point signals to log from within a referenced model. How can I do this?

So, I have a model which references another model (Accelerator on). In the referenced model I have set various signals as Test Points. I can right click on the reference model block to open the Model Reference Signal Logging GUI and select the required signals to log. With many signal sets to select for different tests, browsing for these signals in the GUI is not feasible. There must be a method to select them via a script or function. Please can you advise me how?
