How to solve a particular equation using the elements of an array?

@Star Rider: This was the complete question don't know why matlab is not posting it completely. It is showing in the preview but posting the incomplete one. Well yes it has radius also but thats the next step, I am stuck over here.

If you have the Statistics Toolbox, use the pdist function to calculate the distances between the centres.
