Hello sir,

I have referred [Martin et al., 2001] in which he proposed two supervised discrepancy based performance measures for analyzing efficiency of segmentation algorithm.

In our project we are applying it for measuring efficiency of Ncut using graph theory and region adjacency graph.

Please let us know how to collect the required code to do above job. We have already executed those two algorithms and required to measure their efficiency.

I am not sure if I understand. Is it the case that you already have lce and gce algorithms written, but now you need to write a program that can call them "and measure their efficiency" ?
