how write open interval and colse interval by matalb ? because when write x=0:3 don't give same mean

You need to reach in to the Symbolic engine and use the facilities of MuPAD that are not made available to the MATLAB interface.
For example,
x = evalin(symengine, 'Dom::Interval([0], [3])');
The mean of this certainly would be the same as mean(0:3) and the same as mean(linspace(0,3,50000)) .
