I am implementing the same paper but not able to design this filer bank with the information in the paper. Can u provide any other reference.

I did not see any other reference.

The paper shows the formula, and shows which parameters are needed, and then shows the transformations of those parameters needed to calculate the values in the formula, and it shows the actual parameter values that they used. It was not clear to me what value should be used for "A" but as it is a scalar multiplier perhaps using 1 for it is sufficient.
