Face represented into Vector

Hello Matlab community! I'm new to Matlab yet my professor in class is requiring us to use this for our final project.

I need help in the following code (and I mean "may I have a code" since I'm clueless in Matlab):

1. Code for opening an image (of a single person) and detecting the face. 2. Code for extracting facial features (feature extraction) and storing them (as an array?). 3. Code for Converting that stored facial features into a vector.
