Frequency characteristics of a multiresolution analysis

Hi, I want to plot the entire frequency characteristics of a multiresolution analysis. E.g. The Wavelets (Bandpasses) up to level j and the corresponding scaling (lowpass) function how to do that? Is it like an inversion of the multiresolution scheme? Best and many thanks
