Hello All, With the help of menu editor I have created 2 menus in my GUI. 1.About 2.Help
Now when user clicks on About, I want to show a popup window stating some message such as copywrite, version, developer, etc. And when user clicks on help, I want to open a pdf file which will give step by step guideline on using this GUI.
Also is there any way to put the guidelines mentioned in pdf directly in Matlab GUI so I don't need to keep pdf file separate while distributing the standalone GUI?

adi - your question title asks how to edit menus from Menu Bar but your question body seems to suggest that you have already created the two menus.
If you want to know how to create a dialog (for your about info) see predefined dialogs or create your own modal dialog for details. As for opening a PDF file, use open to open any file in the appropriate application.

Since you want to centre the text, you may want to create your own modal dialog. You will have more control over how it appears...
