how to do a good mesh creation of a point cloud

hello,
how do I create a mesh from the point cloud (the .ply file) that I attached? I have tried 'delaunayTriangulation', but I doesn't do what I want: it does not follow the point cloud well enough, and besides it is very slow.
Can you please help me? kind regards Gerard

I keep asking. Is there a way to save the result/mesh of 'boundary' to .obj file ?
