how to calculate erosion and dilation values mathematically between ecg signal and structuring element?

Please provide more details about the ECG signal that you have and the structuring element you want to use. Also, please edit your question for readability (please use upper case where appropriate). Thanks!

our ECG signal is [3600x1] matrix and we used flat structing element.Thanks
