Why the MATLAB Answers search bar is so bad?

Whenever I try to search for something I get way too many results (also unrelated).
I have an example:
- Searching on Answers for a post titled "dynamic programing": http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/?term=dynamic+programming
4,547 results? And the first answer DOES NOT have the terms I looked for?
- With Google I get the wanted result in the first link (note no quotes): site:http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/dynamic programming
- The example may be unhappy, in fact to be fair, the exact title matches on Answers immediately: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/?term=%22dynamic+programming%22
BUT what if I don't remember the title and I am going by keywords (99% of cases)?
I know somebody already raised this issue (but go and find it where and tell me if you used google to do that!) and don't you feel frustrated?

I already raised the issue, and I know exactly how to find the posting again without using google: search on tag:wish-list ;-)
As I indicated there, my tests show that the search has switched over to an OR search of any of the words, but you can specifically add AND between the terms.

I note that no-one voted for that :-(
Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of Walter's time, which was before us.

@Walter: The wish-list is old and too large to keep the overview. Raising this problem again as a separate thread is a good idea. Let's see, if this helps to get the search bar updated.
