You can do this yourself. Just start GUIDE, place the various controls (axes, sliders, buttons, etc.) and save the fig file. It will create an m-file automatically. Take some online tutorials by Doug Hull on GUIDE if you need to.

Sure Kurapati could do it, but it would be so much easier if you were to do it IA.

Daniel made me LOL. Kurapati, you're best off asking the person for the associated fig file. Otherwise you'll have to build the fig file yourself (it can't be done automatically from an m-file) and transfer over all the code from the lone, unassociated m-file that you have to the new m-file that GUIDE creates. It's possible, if you're very very luck, and make sure you name all the tags the same as in your m-file that you won't have to transfer code and can just start using the old m-file but I give a very low likelihood of success for that.
