Did you try to download the installation data again? Switch off the virus scanner and other software? Restart the computer? Re-installing "your products" means Matlab here.

When the install process in progress this message appear (The application encountered an unexpected error and needs to close. You may want to try re-installing your product(s)) and installation interrupted!!!!! what mean my products? how can I Solve this problem?
