If you are Running Matlab on a HPC Linux Cluster, and running on 1 multi-processor node, using x number of workers in a parallel pool...
What Matlab licenses do you have out????? How long are they checked out (the entire run), or is there a idle time out? - (we have 19 licenses available) Matlab <----- - (we have 10 licenses available) Distributing Computing toolbox <---- - (we have 160 workers available) Distributed_Comp_Engine <--- for the # of workers
Thanks Darwin

Distributed Computing Toolbox is an outdated name. Today, the products you could mean are Parallel Computing Toolbox or MATLAB Distributed Computing Server. But maybe you are using an older release. Please clarify.
But in general it seems you are a new customer - or have newly purchased - and struggle with setting up the infrastructure. Here I suggest to contact MathWorks. Either Technical Support / Installation Support with specific questions, or the person you have worked with within the evaluation.
