How to derive the Duty Ratio of a PWM signal and storing it in MATLAB?

Hi, Can anyone please guide as to how can I extract the PWM signal duty ratio in MATLAB and using it back in Simulink to reconstruct the Waveform?
Any inputs would be helpful.
