H infinity Controller Design

Hey i have a homework in H infinity design but i need some help in order to understand it. I must design a Controller for a nominal model G(s) with H infinity.
My nominal system is :

Based the transfer function and the command "Bandwidth" in MATLAB i find out that the bandwidth is 1.0305 rad/sec. 1)I want to design a controller with H infinity method with the specification of: bandwidth*1.20% 2)which should be the weights?
Can anyone help me ? Thanks in advance !
