how to crop a region using propsregion bounding box?

hi all, I'm on my progress finishing my final year project. For now, Im facing difficulties on croping a certain area on my images. As for my project I have to create a system for private parking area. Now, can somebody help me how to get area on my car plate number base on bounding box? propsregion bounding box. thanks.
