Help with Cubic spline in geanerate 3D curve from (X,Y,Z) data , and getting the curve equation

Hello guys , I am new in MATLAB , I have 3D data (X,Y,Z) , I want to generate a 3d Spline curve , and get the equation for this curve these are my points

There is NO equation you are going to find for this curve. Or infinitely many equations possible, all of which are equally unreadable, and equally useless.
