Video processing in R2010b vs. R2011b

I would like to know the difference of using R2010b vs. R2011b version of Matlab in the implementation of Video Processing codes. As in, many of the functionality is the same as in Video and image Processing and Computer vision System toolbox.
Also let me know if i can integrate Computer vision toolbox along with my R2010b version of Matlab.

For your second question -- If you want to use a toolbox from a newer version with an older version, that's not going to work.
