Could anyone explain the difference between the content of the compiled files in slprj and sfprj folders? I understand that slprj contains Simulink and sfprj contains Stateflow compiled files. I need to understand how slprj and sfprj folders are linked to Reference Models, S-Functions and MEX files ?

Hello,
Code files for simulation and code generation targets now reside in the slprj folder. Previously, generated code files resided in the sfprj folder. For more information about slprj, refer to Simulation Target Output File Control

Apparently this content now lives nearby, at Manage Simulation Targets for Referenced Models (Control Location of Simulation Targets).
