How can I get LTE system toolbox for matlab2017a？

I need to use 5G library for my program，but my application for trial LTE system toolbox for matlab 2017a didn't get any reply. What can I do now?

Would you happen to be using a Student license, or a Home license? LTE System Toolbox is not available or those licenses.
