Visualizing a 3D grain pack model using as input - pore and throat data
Show older comments
Hello,
I am trying to visualize a 3D grain pack in MATLAB. I have as input pore and throat data (coordinates, radii, shape factors, volumes, pore and throat lengths, connecting links and lengths) in order to achieve this.
I would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction to attack this problem. Anything that could help me start off.
Best Regards and Thanks in advance.

Maybe this could help you describe what kind of visualization you want: http://www.mathworks.com/discovery/gallery.html
I am not sure what a grain pack is, http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=grain+pack&gs_rfai=&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=8aiFT7KOOcOdgQfA773YBw&biw=1597&bih=930&sei=9KiFT9qhJ7Dh0wHR3Pi7Bw doesnt help :)
