how to solve nonlinear problem with matlab code?

y''+2/t(y')-9c^2y=0,boundary condition y(1)=1,y'(0)=1,c is constant. how to solve in matlab?

Solve it, by reading the help for ODE45?

In there you will find an example. It may be nasty there, near t==0. So you might try one of the stiff solvers too.
