Unable to locate a C-compiler required by Stateflow and MATLAB Function blocks. Use 'mex -setup' to select a supported C-compiler.

Hi, I am using Matlab Function block to write code for my program. I am unable to run the code, it is showing the error message as " Unable to locate a C-compiler required by Stateflow and MATLAB Function blocks. Use 'mex -setup' to select a supported C-compiler" Please Guide me.
