how to pass point to comma in matlab

hello every body. I have raw data that I recovered of a laser sensor this the point in such data is 12,365, does it have a way to pass commas in matlab example 12.365 (for the moment I made it through labview), thank you for your help

s1=strrep(b,',','.')
c=str2num(s1)
