how do I relocate code generated from simulink model to Arduino Development Environment? How do I write sketch(program) after including the source files in Arduin IDE?

If you download this support package - https://www.mathworks.com/hardware-support/arduino-simulink.html then you dont have to manually relocate the code, it automatically downloads it to the hardware.
If you are interested in however, taking the code from Simulink models to Arduino IDE, I would recommend you to generate functional code from your Simulink model so that you can then call that c function from your own Arduino sketch.
