Is there a way I can make a heat map with a specific shape?

So I have 22 nodal locations in this image that I have a temperature distribution for:
T_5 = [340.0949872 282.2007455 228.7607152 180.6891869 339.7428237 280.0960466 226.2510765 178.5668561 338.0491739 272.4392545 217.9348042 171.7298172 327.0197148 253.9450106 201.6889522 159.1261785 214.9454316 176.1475547 140.6438639 147.7403907 119.5420026 98.00072413] ;
What I want to do is make that into a heat map for this shape (aka put the temperature distribution at the node it corresponds to). Is there any way I can do this?

The Bioinformatics HeatMap() cannot do that, and neither can the newer general heatmap() . You would have to create the diagram yourself, sorry.
