Error message-matlabpool

Hello guys, I'm facing a problem with Matlab. I have PCT (Parallel Computing Toolbox) installed but I still get this error message: " Undefined function or variable 'matlabpool'. Error in runprocess (line 36) matlabpool open; Error while evaluating UIControl Callback." I need also to precise that I'm still a beginner with Matlab. Thank you in advance for your help!

parpool function has replaced matlabpool function since R2013b. Please use parpool instead of matlabpool
