Hi there,
I have a 6 Pulse 3 Phase Rectifier intended for a Refueller Simulation Model in Simulink. I have designed my Rectifier with the given input/output specifications in both the Voltage and Currents detailed in the Rectifier Data Sheets provided by the company I'm on placement with. However, this is extent of the specifications I have, leading me to choose component values based on only these input and output specifications.
In order to achieve the desired output Current, I have been required to make the output load very small. I'm pretty sure this is the cause of very, unrealistic, large input current spikes. I've attached my Rectifier Model so these Current Spikes can be inspected after running.
I'm just wanting to ask if anyone has any knowledge of a way I could maintain my input/output specifications whilst controlling the input current a bit more than is at the moment? Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks for your time,
Alasdair.
