I want to find the maxima values, which correspond to the longest bins in the histogram. How could I find the longest bins of a histogram?

Again: Please explain in which format these data are available. Remember, that the readers do not have the faintest idea about what you are doing. The shown image might be an image file and you want to extract the locations of the red circles? This is unlikely, I know, but possible.
Please explain, what the available inputs are. Did you create this diagram and if so, how? Did you set the red circles and if so, why did you select this bins and not others? What is the mathematical criterion you want to implement? Is it a job for findpeaks?
