passed 1 week and no solution about my simscape licence

at 01.14.2018 i bought simscape online by creditcard. By now passed 1 week and no solution or answer about it. can you send my money back if no answer or solution.

Contact MathWorks directly if you have not already done that.
Answers is not customer support. All here answer questions VOLUNTARILY on our own time. Even those who are TMW staff are here not as employees, but purely as people interested in MATLAB.
