I have been trying to figure out how to change the blue and white,or at the least just the white, window colors to something a bit darker. Does any one know how to do this?

I can't find it, but I bet it is possible, so I'll be interested to know if someone knows how to.

Hey Austin/Rik,
I did this on my session using the following github link:
It basically comes with a .m file which you run to update the visuals of the Matlab client. I am sure you can go in and modify the file to your liking!
Thanks,

If you mean the fore- and background of the command window, you can do this dynamically by https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/32005-cmdwintool .
