i want to rotate a triangular laminate counter clockwise about the normal of another triangular laminate passing through one of its vertex?

This should help,
It will give you the homogeneous coordinate transformation matrix, M, of the rotation. So, if the equation for the plane to be rotated in homogeneous coordinates is,
[a,b,c,d]*[x;y;z;1]=0
then the rotated equation vector for the plane will be
M\[a;b;c;d]
