Creating surface from bunch of curves

Hello,

I have bunch of curves and I want to create a surface from them, could someone please tell me if it possible to do in MATLAB. Let me explain what I am trying to do

Imagine that in 3D space, I have circles in the z-direction, the radius of the circles is decreasing with increasing z. If these circles are concentric then clearly they fall on a cone, I want to create this cone from these circles, is it possible?
