deployment of sensor nodes randomly in a matrix

i have to deploy sensor nodes randomly in a matrix and i want to read temperature data from a csv file(excel) and next i have to create clusters and as well as cluster head of those clusters using K-NN.Here I'm attaching CSV file of temperature data set.
