Hi everyone. I've this code to calculate the FWHM.
x=eVcIpicco;
y=ckxfitIpicco;
maxy=max(y);
f=find(y==maxy);
cp=x(f);
y1=y./maxy;
ydatawr(:,1)=y1;
ydatawr(:,2)=x;
newFit1=find(x>=cp);
newFit2=find(x<cp);
ydatawr2=ydatawr(min(newFit1):max(newFit1),:);
ydatawr3=ydatawr(min(newFit2):max(newFit2),:);
sp1=spline(ydatawr2(:,1),ydatawr2(:,2),0.5);
sp2=spline(ydatawr3(:,1),ydatawr3(:,2),0.5);
sigma_graf=sp1-sp2;
Does someone know how to also plot the FWHM?
I wanna get somthing like this
Thank you

Is the question about finding the FWHM or is it about plotting it once found?

Hi walter, the code that I showed should calculate the FWHM...but I'd like also to plot a graph about the FWHM as for example in the picture that I showed...I wanna make a plot
