Network performance on specific outputs & export of the net to external programs?

Dear All, I created several networks with the nntool for a set of 7 input values (7x2000) which should predict 4 output values (4x2000). With the standard evaluation and plotting i can see the "error". I would like to know the error for the prediction of each of the 4 outputs and also see the network response for each output. Is that allready implemented in the GUI or do I have to do this in the command window (I'm new to Matlab, as you can imagine from this question...)?

Moreover I would like to extract the structure of the net (weights, biases, etc) in order to implement it in a Fortran code. I found this post: http://www.mathworks.de/support/solutions/en/data/1-19HN4/index.html?product=NN but I guess it is limited to the use with Simulink, right? the refdfered approach link ( http://www.mathworks.com/help/toolbox/rtw/ug/f14007.html ) is dead anyway ;)
