for converting the same sign done by two different people in one

my query is that if two different user done same sign then using image processing can i convert the sign in particular character. e.g for character 'a' there will be specific sign for signed people. so, if two different signed people done the same sign for character 'a' then using image processing can i convert this sign in character 'a'. without storing every one's sign.
