How to crate a motion blurred image and motion blur + noise image without using special functions in matlab?

i need a help for creating a motion blur image without using special functions in matlab.. please kindly help me out..

You could manually code up 4 nested for loops to make an output image that is the average of the elements in a box. Make the box just one pixel wide if you want linear motion along one of the axes.
