Want to increase PSNR and Max. Hiding Capacity in Steganography

I i m working on steganography and want to increase PSNR and maximum hiding capacity. I m using segmentation and DCT. means i want to embedd an message image on a cover image.
please tell me what is the current PSNR value with 47% MHC.
plz send me code related to that.
