How can I triangulate points under the condition they are close enough to each other?

Hello,
I have a bunch of points and I want to create a surface with it, to export it in .stl eventually.
I believe the right way to do it is to triangulate them, using for instance the Delauney function. However, to obtain the shape I want, some points must not be linked in the triangulation. So, is there a way to set a maximum distance between points, over which the points are not linked ?
Thank you!

Read about delaunayTriangulation. To miss the points, you have to provide them as a constriant.
